This soldering machine is used for the solder paste joining (heating and cooling) part in SMT (surface mount technology). Convection control technology and highly efficient flux recovery are standard features.In addition to the single lane, the lineup includes DUAL equipment with 2 lanes of conveyance and TWIN equipment with individual temperature settings for each of the 2 lanes.
